We're thrilled to share that ACI Foundation has been accepted into the 2026 National Social Purpose Real Estate (SPRE) Organizational Readiness Program, led by the Infrastructure Institute at the University of Toronto.
Beginning October 1, we'll join approximately 30–35 organizations from across Canada for six weeks of learning focused on organizational readiness, governance, planning, and project development. The program supports organizations working to create and steward community-serving spaces and infrastructure.
As we continue developing a Non-Profit Landlord / Cultural Land Trust model for arts and community spaces in Greater Victoria, we're excited for the opportunity to learn from peers across the country and strengthen the foundation for ACI's next phase of growth.
